CHASSIS
This is a GM chassis, with a Chevrolet 7.4 liter 454 cubic inch big block V-8 engine, matched up to a Turbo 400 automatic transmission. There are six 7.50R16LT tires mounted on steel wheels, and a spare tire mounted to the rear bumper. This unit has a rear hitch receiver and a front bumper mounted hitch. The generator is a 4.0KW Onan with 1,447 hours, and the 18-gallon propane tank is frame mounted. This motorhome has power steering, power brakes, in-dash air conditioning, tilt-wheel and cruise-control. The length of this unit is 27' bumper to bumper.
EXTERIOR
The exterior is all fiberglass, with an 18' 6" awning. There's a driver's door, and a ladder at the rear. You'll find basement storage on both sides, an AC outlet curbside, plus a porch light.
LIVING AREA
The living area is in the front of the coach. There's a sofa that sleeps one, and a dinette that converts to a bed to sleep two. The driver and passenger seats are on swivel bases so you can turn them around for additional seating. Above the front seats you'll find a bed that drops down to sleep two more. The AM/FM/cassette stereo is mounted in the dash, with two speakers in the front, and two more at the very back. There are privacy curtains that pull around to cover the windshield, and blinds or curtains on the remaining windows. The flooring throughout this unit is carpet.
GALLEY
The galley has a Formica countertop, with a dual-basin stainless steel sink. There's a Magic Chef 4-burner stove and oven, as well as a Magic Chef microwave. The stove vent is also the monitor system for checking the batteries, fresh water, and holding tanks. The refrigerator is a Dometic AC/propane two-door unit with the fridge on the bottom, and the freezer on top. The air conditioning unit is mounted in the galley, perfect if you're cooking on a hot day.
BATHROOM
At the rear of this RV, street-side, is the bathroom, with an accordion door. It includes a combination bathtub/shower and a toilet. The sink is set into the Formica counter top, and there are two mirrored medicine cabinets. In the overhead is a vent with a built-in fan.
BEDROOM
The bedroom has two bunks at the rear, curbside. Each bunk has a window and privacy curtain. The bunks are opposite the bathroom, divided by one of three closets. The bedroom also has an accordion door to separate the bedroom and bathroom from the galley. All three closets have mirrored doors, and there are drawers underneath. With the bedroom door closed, and the bathroom door open, you have a large area to shower and dress in privacy.
