CHASSIS
The chassis is steel frame 40' 8" long with 3 axles. The tires are brand new LT235/85R16 mounted on white spoke steel wheels. There is a spare wheel with no tire. Up front are electric jacks and at the rear are scissor jacks with a tripod support for the hitch. This unit has electric brakes on all six wheels for stopping all 9,999 pounds of dry weight.
EXTERIOR
The exterior is bonded fiberglass for the sides and one piece molded fiberglass c aps for the front and back. This unit has two roof mounted air conditioners that are ducted, two 7 gallon propane tanks, a rear ladder, outside shower, door bell and even an outside intercom system. There are two slides both street side. The rear slide is 16' long and the front slide is 6' long. Up front is a pass through basement and this unit has 50 amp service with an outside main electrical panel.
GALLEY
At the rear of the trailer is the galley with a large tile covered counter top. The sink is a dual basin porcelin and the stove is an Atwood Wedgewood 3 burner with oven. Above that is a Samsung microwave oven. Between the sink and stove is something rare for an RV it's a built in Kenmore dishwasher. The refrigerator is a large double door Dometic with an ice maker. All the cabinets and flooring are oak and there is even a slide out pantry and a skylight. The dining room table is solid oak that matches the flooring and has four upholstered chairs for extra comfort.
LIVING ROOM
The living room has a convertable sofa and two swivel reclining chairs with a computer desk between them. Up front is an entertainment center with a built-in AM/FM/Cassette stereo, a DVD/VHS player and room for a TV. This unit has a power boost antenna and speakers mounted in the overhead. Over the sofa are two spotlights, perfect for curling up with a good book. Another nice feature is the built-in central vacuum system. All the windows have valances, blinds, and curtains.
BATHROOM
The bathroom is up the stairs between the living room and bedroom, with a pocket door at the back and an accordian door up front. The toilet is in its own room and there is a walk-in shower with a skylight. Across from the shower you'll find a sink with a mirrored medicine cabinet and vanity lights. There is also a large closet with adjustable shelves and full hookups for a washer/dryer unit or just more storage.
BEDROOM
The bedroom is up front and has a queen-sized bed with storage underneath and cabinets above. At the foot of the bed is a desk with more cabinet and drawer space, and the front of the room consists of a large, double-mirrored door closet and shelf. A shelf for the TV and all hookups, as well as speakers is in the overhead.
