CHASSIS
The chassis is a Ford E-450 2-axle with a 6.8 liter V-10 engine, and an automatic transmission. This RV has only 38,655 miles and 677 hours on the Onan Microlight generator. The tires are LT 225/75R16, mounted on steel wheels with chrome wheel liners. There's a front hitch receiver, and a rear receiver with a seven-way electrical outlet and trailer brake controller. There are two batteries, one for the house and one for the engine. An 18-gallon propane tank is mounted to the chassis.
EXTERIOR
The exterior is bonded fiberglass with a rubber roof. At the rear is a ladder and basement storage is found on either side. A 12' slide-out, street-side is shaded with an awning. Curbside, the slide-out is 16' and also has an awning running its entire length. There's an outdoor entertainment center which includes 12-volt, 110-volt, and a 180 watt JVC AM/FM/CD stereo with two speakers. The rear bumper is a square tube, hiding the sewage hose. It has a mounted bracket for holding a bicycle. Up on the roof you'll find a Coleman Mach air conditioner, and an adjustable bat-wing antenna with power-boost. The entry step is electric and deploys automatically when the door is opened.
THE CAB
This motorhome has a van cab with two swivel bucket seats, allowing you to face the back of the RV. Features include power steering, power brakes, and power windows, a rare find on these units. This is also in-dash air conditioning, a tilt wheel, cruise control, and a 180-watt JVC AM/FM/CD stereo. Directly above is a queen-sized bed with a privacy curtain and ladder.
INTERIOR
Starting up front, you'll find a convertible sofa with seat belts for three. Folded down, this same sofa will sleep two. A dinette with seating for four is next to the sofa. It folds down to a bed for two. Directly opposite is the galley area, with a large Formica counter top. An extra leaf flips up and adds even more space for food prep. The sink is a double basin stainless steel unit with a Delta faucet. The stove is a Magic Chef three-burner stove with oven and the microwave is by GE. The refrigerator/freezer is a Norcold two-door. Next to the fridge you'll find a cabinet with 19" television and RCA DVD player.
The flooring in the galley and bathroom is linoleum, with carpet everywhere else. The interior also includes a Coleman xxxx watt inverter and ducted heating.
BATHROOM
The bathroom is a pass-through between the galley and bedroom. The shower is a fiberglass enclosure with a skylight and the toilet, sink, and medicine cabinet are in a separate room across the way. The door for the room with the toilet and sink opens up and closes off the bathroom from the galley/living area. An accordion door closes off the rear of the bathroom. The sink is set in a nice-sized Formica counter top, with a large mirror above.
BEDROOM
At the rear of the coach you'll find the bedroom, with a queen-sized walk-around bed. At the foot of the bed are cabinets with a a shelf that has a fold up desktop. There are overhead cabinets on both sides of the room, with a shelf for the 13" Emerson TV. You have two closets, one with a mirrored door and drawers underneath. This room also has three windows, one on each side and one at the rear of the room for a 270 degree view.
