CHASSIS
The frame of this trailer is steel, and 27' 4" from bumper to tongue, while the house is 24' 6" long. This is a dual axle unit with electric brakes on all four wheels. The tires are ST205/75R15 mounted on steel wheels with a spare tire mounted on the rear bumper. Up front are two 7 gallon propane tanks and a deep cycle 12 volt marine battery. The jack on the tongue is manual and there are four scissor jacks on each corner. The GVW is 7,620 pounds and the dry weight is 5,460 pounds. The fresh water tank holds 48 gallons, the grey water is 34 gallons, and the black water is 34 gallons.
EXTERIOR
The exterior is all aluminum with diamond plate on the lower front, and a heavy-duty rubber roof. A fiberglass cover over the front window flips up to become a shade. There is also a pass-through basement up front to handle most storage needs. Curbside, there's a 16' awning, a porch light, 110 AC outlets, and even two outdoor speakers. At the rear is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and 30 AMP shore power. This unit has two cable inputs; one is standard cable, the other is for a satellite dish. You'll find a bat-wing antenna with power boost on the roof. Street-side are two power slides-a 6' at the rear, and a 7' up front.
LIVING ROOM/BEDROOM
To make the most of a limited space, this unit combines the living room and bedroom. Up front is a sofa that sits in front of a folding mattress. Fold the sofa down, flip open the mattress, and you have a queen-sized bed with mirrored closets on both sides. There are dresser drawers under the closets and sofa. You have a privacy curtain to close off the area should you have guests. For entertainment, there is a built-in AM/FM/CD stereo with speakers in the overhead. Also in the overhead, in the middle of the unit, is a 13,500 BTU air conditioner. Linoleum flooring throughout means easy clean-up!
GALLEY
The galley features a Formica countertop, with a dual-basin sink, and a Magic Chef 3-burner stove with oven. There is also a Magic Chef microwave oven, as well as a Dometic two-door refrigerator/freezer that runs on 110 AC or propane. Across from the cooking area is a dinette that seats four and converts to a bed that sleeps two. Next to that is a slide-out pantry with a shelf on top for a TV with AC-DC and cable hook-ups.
BUNKROOM
At the rear, street-side, is a bunkroom. A slide-out opens the room up and features two bunks and a privacy curtain. Each bunk has a window and a reading light, and there are two speakers and a light in the overhead. Across from the bunkroom is a double-door closet and four dresser drawers.
BATHROOM
At the very back of the trailer is the bathroom with a bathtub/shower and overhead skylight. The counter-top is Formica with a sink, above which you'll find a mirrored medicine cabinet. Below the sink is more storage. The toilet is a Thetford, and in the overhead is a vent with a built-in fan.
